Information collected and how it is used

• Quote requests: name, phone number, email (optional), branch, subject and message. This information is used only to call you back, prepare your quotation and follow up on your request. It is stored only after your explicit consent (checkbox).
• Newsletter: email address and language, to send you our new arrivals and offers. Each email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Security: the IP address is stored with each request and each login attempt to the administration area, to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

Recipients

Your information is accessed only by the sales and technical teams of Bonkoungou Distribution. It is never sold or rented. It may be shared with our financing partner only if you ask for a financing study.

Retention period

Quote requests are automatically deleted 3 years after they are received. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Login records are deleted after 2 days.

Cookies

The website uses a single technical cookie, required for form security and for the administration area. It is not used for advertising and is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to bkgdistributiontogo@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority of your country.
